One on One Training

A complete one on one experience to give you that extra bit of motivation or work on your specific weaknesses or areas of interest. These sessions include a complete evaluation before we start to ensure you’re getting an experience tailored to you.

Group Training

Our group training is guaranteed to give you a great workout as well as provide that extra push, accountability and soaicl aspect that always comes from training with other people.

My name is Jessica and I am here to guide you into a more active and healthy lifestyle.

I hope to show you how easy you can make the change, and incorporate exercise and healthy eating into your routine.

I have been in the industry since 2008, gym instructing, personal training, running outdoor groups, getting new mums back into shape. I have had experience in running 12 week challenges and assisting in meal planning. Which we all know 80% of our success in weight loss is a direct result of what we eat. I have had the opportunity to attend Australia’s biggest training seminars at FILEX and continue to update my knowledge every year.

I am very passionate about health and fitness and I have been doing continuous training in that time to provide the best service to my clients. I love to mix it up and provide a variety of different training tools and methods to continuously shock the body.

I love what I do, and the most rewarding part of my job is seeing my clients get the results they want and have a more positive outlook on life. After all we want to enjoy being active and not see it as a chore. Exercise is something that should be a part of our daily routine.

Many people do ask why did I become a PT?
I have been a very active person most of my life. I participated in gymnastics, horse riding and competed in swimming.
Swimming became my life for many years, competing at state championships and nationals. Throughout high school I also joined a gym with my own personal trainer to assist my swimming and absolutely loved learning new things in the gym. I walked out feeling invigorated and on such a high.
As most of you know high school is not the most pleasant experience and it is because of my traumatic experience that I am a personal trainer. For my love of the industry and my drive to make every individual feel welcome and included. This passion has helped me achieve my goals and help change many lives.

We can achieve anything if we put our minds to it! Having the right positive and motivational people around you will get you anywhere!

Frequently Asked Questions

I'm worried I'm not fit enough for the group classes?

Not at all! We have ladies start with us at all levels. Many ladies join us that have never done exercise or haven’t done exercise for a few years or months. We provide different classes to suit everyone and always give options if you need. You must remember everyone starts somewhere and are little community of ladies  will be there to welcome you and help you along the way.

How does the free group session work?

If you are wanting to start some group training, then you are entitled to a FREE session. All you need to do is contact us and let us know what session you would like to try.

What do I need to bring?

You will need:

  • Comfortable clothing
  • Joggers
  • Water bottle
  • Towel or gym mat
  • Any gear for bub if you are needing the crèche
Is exercising dangerous when I'm pregnant?

Exercising while pregnant has a lot of benefits for both you and your unborn child, therefore we have created programs to suit each stage of pregnancy. We do recommend you get approval from your GP prior to starting. Through-out your pregnancy we will work with your doctor to provide the best program we can.
